1. Seller’s Identity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the ProtectmyBoat website.

ProtectmyBoat brand.
2. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed on the ProtectmyBoat website.
They govern the contractual relationship between ADW Management SRL and any customer purchasing a product on the website, whether a consumer (B2C) or a professional (B2B).
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Sales Area
Products are offered for sale primarily in the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Spain
ADW Management SRL reserves the right to refuse or adapt an order if delivery is not possible in the country concerned.
4. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, photographs, visuals, and descriptions are not contractual. Minor variations may exist, and some technical specifications may change.
Product availability is indicated on the website.
5. Order
The order is considered final after:
- cart validation,
- acceptance of these GTC,
- payment confirmation.
ADW Management SRL reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a previous dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or incorrect information.
6. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Depending on the case, they may be displayed inclusive of VAT or exclusive of VAT for certain professional customers.
Any delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
ADW Management SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied is that displayed at the time of the order.
7. Payment
Payments are secured and made via:
- Stripe (credit cards)
- PayPal
The order is confirmed only after payment validation.
ADW Management SRL does not store any banking data.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and carriers.
ADW Management SRL cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
9. Right of Withdrawal (consumers only)
In accordance with Articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Economic Law Code, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance selling contract, without having to provide a reason.
This period runs from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.
9.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision within the legal period of 14 days.
The consumer may use the withdrawal form provided by ProtectmyBoat.
Upon receipt of the request, return instructions will be provided. No returns are accepted without prior validation and return instructions.
9.2 Return Conditions
- Product unused, uninstalled, and unconnected
- Complete product (accessories, manuals, original packaging)
- Absence of any trace of assembly or technical handling
Direct return costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified.
Any product returned in violation of these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduction in value.
9.3 Refund
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days following the receipt and verification of the returned product, via the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular in the following cases:
- Products customized or configured at the customer’s request
- Products sold with a mandatory installation service
- Products installed, connected, or used
- Products sold with a subscription or activated service
11. Defective or Non-Compliant Products
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, any customer, consumer or professional, may assert their rights in case of a defective or non-compliant product, in accordance with applicable legislation and these GTC.
11.1 Mandatory Procedure – Prior Contact
No returns are accepted without prior contact with technical support.
The customer must contact support via the contact form available on the website or by email at
info@protectmyboat.be.
The customer must precisely describe the problem encountered. Support analyzes the request and provides instructions to follow. If a return is necessary, a case number and a specific return address are provided.
Any return made without prior validation, without a case number, or sent to an address not communicated by our services may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
11.2 Assessment of Defect or Non-Compliance
The existence of a defect or non-compliance is assessed based on the information provided by the customer and, if necessary, after technical diagnosis or product examination.
ADW Management SRL then informs the customer of the applicable solution, without prejudice to the customer’s legal rights.
11.3 Possible Solutions
- repair,
- replacement,
- or, if the preceding solutions are not possible or proportionate, refund or credit note as appropriate.
12. Legal Guarantee
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable Belgian legislation.
This guarantee covers defects existing at the time of delivery and applies without prejudice to any other mandatory legal guarantee.
13. Limits and Exclusions
Apart from the right of withdrawal when applicable and legal rights in case of defect or non-compliance, no returns for mere convenience are accepted.
Convenience returns specifically exclude:
- products installed, connected, or used;
- products sold with mandatory installation;
- products associated with a subscription or activated service;
- products customized or configured at the customer’s request;
- returns made without following the after-sales service procedure described above.
14. Liability
ADW Management SRL cannot be held responsible in case of incorrect installation, non-compliant use of the product, customer negligence, or indirect damages.
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, the liability of ADW Management SRL is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy policy available on the website.
16. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of ADW Management SRL, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions applicable to the consumer.
